  1. I like the first one on top with an ark on it! The font is very attractive. The ark and the bright sun gives hope. The other book cover I’m not sure what that round disk is other than a round disk.

  2. Clearly from a sales perspective the title should be the most visible, unless and until your (author) name becomes recognizable. Otherwise I like both.

  3. Oh, man, I can’t pick. They’re both absolutely gorgeous! I think I would go with the one with the Ark, though, because the other looks more science-fiction-ish, and the Ark represents the religious aspect visually.

  4. Dude! I just had a chance to look at the berry website too — That’s awesome work, man! I can’t wait to see it next time I’m in North Dakota.
(And I like the first cover)

  5. Just got this today; don’t know where it’s been!!! I like the first one best, both good.
Never did get the info on the Carousel building either.
    Thanks, Dan

  6. # 1 . It is more appealing because it is a sense of earth and not metaphysical as the second is. Putting name first is for when your name is a household name as Steve King’s is, not now. The colors of #1 give hope; the emerald color on the words Emerald Planet are eye catching and cause interest as do the brackets. The font of the subtitle says “no nonsense” and leads the reader to go on to the important business of reading the book.

  7. Other authors complain they don’t get what they want, too. So, what do you have? The font is good. the colors are great. You wanted the ark; they gave you the space ship. Probably the space ship audience is larger than the Bible-arc audience. This way you might reach a larger group. It certainly will reach more youth. I’ll buy it.

  8. Hi Charles, I feel the Ark cover is more appealing and eye catching as one commented before the others look more like science fiction and that isn’t what your looking for. Also possible could put a small earth in middle between the Emerald Planet words and the rest of words telling what the book is about. The other covers aren’t appealing for what you what to inform readers about.
Good luck in your endeavor. Judy Brooks
