Noah and I work together on lots of projects. He tells me his plans, we argue, then we find the best way to go about it, and we build it. Sometimes, he comes up with doosies of an idea, he is a dreamer. but we sit down with the engineers, and we figure it out and I move a couple of rocks, and we build a pyramid or something.
Attention to detail, that’s what it comes down to every time. He makes all his associates into experts. he challenges us with new projects and expects the best from all of us. Then he challenges us to find new challenges to conquer.
I laid the foundation for many of his projects. without a firm foundation, his projects would not have the reputation of quality that they have today.
