Sample Chapters:

Imagine, if you will, making a banana split.

We start by placing the banana on the bottom. Peal it and cut it in half the long way. Placed the two pieces side by side. On top of these carefully add three scoops of ice cream. Mmmm.

What flavors do you want? Three scoops of straight vanilla? Maybe one chocolate, one strawberry, and one vanilla. Maybe some exotic flavor to temp your taste buds and sweet tooth.

Now, let’s pour some chocolate syrup over these three mounds. Maybe chocolate over the chocolate, strawberry syrup over the strawberry, and butterscotch over the vanilla. Be careful. We do not want to make it too sweet, and we do not want the flavors to clash.

What’s next? Let’s sprinkle this with crushed nuts, or candy sprinkles, or anything else you can imagine — except hot dogs. We are not putting hot dogs on our banana split. If you want to invent a hot dog split, go ahead, but that is not what we are doing here.

Now, for the finale’: Candy cherries to set it off. Ah. perfect!

Here’s a spoon. How are you going to eat it? Where are you going to start? And why would I bring up a banana split before I give you samples of my book?

Because you will notice that there are many flavors throughout this book. Sometimes a single chapter will have multiple flavors. Sometimes we will dip into the vanilla, then the chocolate.

But it is still the same tasty treat.

We will explore the moon, and the heavens. We will be in the celestial city and travel through space. We will walk on Earth and explore her secrets. We will be in a crowd, and walking alone. We will build things, take care of animals, go swimming. We will meet many new friends. Of course we will ride in the ark, and fly through the air. We will watch mountains grow and we will travel under ground and under water — and we will watch as this formally unimaginable destruction takes place.

This is the story of Noah (that is the top banana), but there are so many things to explore along the journey. Here, I enclose a few pages from many of the chapters: a sample of what is ahead when you read.
